I love getting mail!

Oldscool-PO-BoxOne thing that I loved when I made a zine was going to the PO Box, inserting the key, turning it and opening the little door to find some kind of package waiting for me. The other day I relived that moment when I went to our Oldscool PO Box and found a thick yellow padded envelope looking back at me. I might have actually giggled. Not sure, the excitement might have drowned it out. Anyways it has the return address from Welfare Zine. I was like, “Holy shit that’s David Muggleston!”
I grabbed the mail and went to my car and tore open the package to find two Orgasmic Toaster t-shirts. I was stoked! When we asked people to contribute we got photos. Leave it to Dave to send the actual shirts. No note or anything. If anyone knows his email let me know please. And if you read this, Thanks Dave!
-Leigh.

OT-Shirts
These are the two shirts that were waiting for me!

OT-Spine-Flip
This is a design that Chris Hargraves drew up. That is a drawing of me. I can tell by the crappy tattoos on my back, ha.

OT-WupAss
The original Wup-ass shirt was for my Orgasmic Toaster zine. I later took off Orgasmic Toaster and the ‘It’ll Make ya holler “heck yeah”‘ for the Useless version. I think I like this one better.

About the Author
My name is Leigh Ramsdell. I am 42 year old, my knees are 67. When I was a kid you could hear me yelling, "I'll never quit riding!" I was so adamant about it. But I tell you those words resonated throughout my body (and that is probably what bowed my legs.) I still love BMX, still ride my bike and wouldn't change a thing about it today. I do however like to look back and think about the good times I had, where my little bike has taken me, and the friends I've made along the way. One of them was Hal Brindley, and we became great friends because we shared the same values of goofiness. Now, many years after closing our companies, we decided it was time to bring them back and start the fun all over again. I can't wait to see how we screw this up!
